It’s not chiropractic, and it’s not massage. Nothing is cracked, nothing is pushed, and you stay fully clothed the whole time. You lie on the table and I use light, sustained touch along specific areas of the spine, the sacrum and the cranium. Then we get out of the way and give your body room to do what it already knows how to do.
You don’t have to force anything here. We simply create enough ease and support for the patterns you’ve been holding to soften on their own.

Spinal Flow is offered in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at the Soulistic Vibes Wellness Center — 18 Danville Road, Unit 7, Plaistow, NH 03865. Your first visit runs about 75 minutes (intake + a full session); follow-ups are about 45 minutes. Pick your day and time on Jen’s live calendar — it takes about a minute.

Your first visit: a full intake so I understand what your body has been carrying, then a complete Spinal Flow session. About 75 minutes together. Nothing to pay online — your card simply holds your spot, and the $144 is paid at the studio. Cancel 24 hours ahead and your card is never charged (a $25 fee applies to a no-show or a later cancellation).

When the session was over I felt really relaxed and open in my front body.
I had the opportunity to receive a Spinal Flow session while in Maui. In the moment, I felt noticeable relief in my lower back pain, which allowed me to relax more deeply into my body. While I’m still exploring how it continues to unfold for me beyond the session, I really appreciated the experience and the chance to connect with my body in this unique way.

Every body is different. Many people start with a few sessions to give the work time to settle, which is why the packages of 6 and 12 are popular. We’ll talk through what feels right for you at your first visit.
