Is this really free?

I’ve never done somatic work before — is this for me?

Yes. Everything is gently guided and you move at your own pace. No experience needed, only a willingness to feel.

What if I can’t attend live?

A replay is sent to all registered participants and stays available for 48 hours after the live. Register either way — you’ll receive the recording by email.

Do I need anything special to participate?

A quiet room, a yoga mat or blanket, water, and a journal if you have one. That’s it. No mat, no app required.

How will I receive the Zoom link?

By email, immediately after you register, and again the morning of Saturday June 20.
